3. Scheduling & Appointments
We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window. However, arrival times are estimates and subject to weather conditions, traffic, and unforeseen delays. We will notify you of any significant changes to your scheduled appointment time.
4. Payments
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Services canceled upon our technician's arrival may be charged at the full scheduled service rate.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the pool area, appropriately restraining pets, and maintaining proper water levels between our service visits. Failure to provide adequate access may result in incomplete service or additional access fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRITON PROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICES LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or underlying structural defects of the pool, decking, or equipment. In any event, our maximum liability is strictly limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
8. Warranties Disclaimer
While we guarantee our professional workmanship, we do not warrant third-party equipment, chemicals, or replacement parts beyond the original manufacturer's provided warranty. All services are provided 'as is' without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of TRITON PROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICES LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
